Wedding Makeup FAQ

  • What type of makeup do you use?

​I use a variety of different brands, selected for their quality, durability, waterproof and sweatproof abilities. I also make sure that all of the makeup I use can be used on sensitive skin. Airbrush foundation is used for the skin foundation, bronzer, highlight, and contour as well as body makeup if desired.

  • Is wedding makeup on-location only?

I am able to take wedding parties in my studio, however all pricing for wedding makeup is generally for on-location services only.

  • Do you recommend a trial run before the wedding date?

Yes! I include a trial run in all of my bridal packages because I think it's important for us to meet and go over your look before the wedding. Also, you can know you will look your best on the big day and your look is exactly how you pictured yourself. Trial runs can also be scheduled with me before booking if you would like to try out a makeup session before reserving your date.

  • How soon before my wedding date should I have a trial run?

It's usually a good idea to have your trial run 1-3 months before your wedding date, however we can have them sooner if it works better for your schedule.

  • Where are trial runs?

Trial runs are at my studio location in Blue Ash, located in Tranquility Rising Studio (10999 Reed Hartman Highway, Suite 226, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242)

  • How soon before my wedding should I reserve my date?

Brides usually book 6-12 months in advance of their wedding date, however I only book one wedding per day so as soon as you know you want to book me it's a good idea to contact me. If it's less than 6 months before your wedding date, feel free to reach out as well, I am currently taking on more limited weddings bookings but I may be available.
